Paint the brick gray and the soffit & trim white like this.

Notice the brick framing the garage and the brick lamp post.

This was the house color before the makeover. Green aluminum siding and brown brick.

Why do you want dark soffit with a white roof? That sounds jarring.

We stripped the roof and replaced the decking. Our shingle color will coordinate with the trim color. Now to pick that trim color. We don’t want to paint the brick as that will require regular maintenance and is more subject to trends

If you don't want black then charcoal would be next best.
