Can you feel it? Is the finish on the mark the same as the rest?

I have the same type of marks on my kitchen counters which were there when they installed. What is bothering me is a different type of spot that they claim is normal. It is a dark blue/black spot that looks like a marker stain

I'd drill n' fill that splotch.

I had the Charlestown Cambria Quartz installed in Nov 2020 and there are spots appearing everywhere even though only cleaned with product they recommended. Very disappointed.

Sounds like product contamination. Cambria isn't going to want to hear this, believe me. Pictures please.

They started out as a few and there are more and more spots showing up and it’s definitely not on the surface.

Looks like resin pooling to me. It's a feature, not a bug, at least according to Cambria.

Definitely was not like this in the showroom because I would of never chose it.

@shelley2729 did you ever get resolution with Cambria? We just had Charlestown installed and we’re now seeing the same thing all over the island, but not the perimeter.

No, they just say its part of the stone. no help at all and it 100% wasn't anywhere within the first month or so and i now have spots everywher. even though i have a bunch of photos proving they weren’t there in beg.

just had stonestreet installed and noticing some ”cloudy” marks that do not seem part of pattern…more in the finish.

how goes it a few more years into your experience with your counters?
