Hydrangea leaves turning brown

My Hydrangea leaves are turning brown in spots I don't know the reason why although it does have a few blossoms starting. I live in zone 6b and the plant gets mid morning sun through afternoon.

so its in sun.. during the heat of the day???

how and when is it watered....

z6 is about half the US.. and very divergent.. remind us where you are

keep in mind.. a vast majority of each leaf is still green.. so they are still doing what need be done ... pretty or not ...

may as well tell us about ambient weather this spring ...

zone 6b R.I. It is watered pretty much at least once if not twice a week.

My Endless Summers looked like that when they received afternoon sun. No amount of water helped here. We moved all five to a morning sun only location and the foliage looks much better. Conversely, I've seen hydrangea macrophylla along the Jersey shore that get afternoon sun and look terrific.
