Why is my swamp milkweed droopy?

The pink swamp is in its second year and I can't figure out why it is droopy. The weather has been a little weird here (WNY) in the sense that we have had a ton of water and rain and some days it is super hot (for us super hot is in the 80s) and then cooling off. We got a bunch of rain yesterday and today the weather is perfect - no humidity, not too hot, sunny. This spot does get a lot of sun.
