It looks like this sofa has the Haven Cushions - these are down wrapped seats and all down backs - that's why they look a little floppy. These cushions are going to be soft and comfortable, but will require frequent fluffing and rotating. With proper care they should hold up, but just know that you'll have this "lived in" look, but if you like the Cloud maybe that's what you're going for? The sofa will have a lifetime warranty on the frame and suspension - they'll last a LONG time. If you get tired of the cushions you can always purchase different inserts from a Lee retailer that will hold their shape better. I like the Cloud 9 seat and the Plush back cushions.
