My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I saw this somewhere else and it claimed SW Black Magic...not sure if that was accurate. I have used Black Magic in a matte finish before and it is very similar.

      It may be Sherwin Williams Iron Ore. I’m planning to do a guest room with the grid wall painted Iron Ore and the other 3 walls in Sherwin Williams Alabaster
