agree with peren on #1..I love Krossa Regal..is #2 Snake Eyes?..I've read negative comments about Frances Williams..the leaves turn brown..so I wouldn't buy one if I were you..here's the funny part..I have one and I don't know where it is!..either it's disappeared or it must not be too ugly..I'm not aware of one that's an eyesore..

Yes #1 is Krossa Regal. No #2 is not snake eye. I am sorry to say I did go back and buy FW I figure for $7 what have I got to lose? But I also found the very last So Sweet which was being talked about on another post today. Also a bargain! Thanks for trying. You try to guess again too!

The one titled, "Second pic" looks like GE to me. I always seem to swoon over GE and I feel a swoon. :-)

Well popmama, the swoon is correct, it is. Great Expectation. So the only unidentified one is the pic 3 between the other two hostas. I am interested to see if someone guesses it. I had never heard of it, so everyone please keep guessing!

The middle pic looks like it could be American Hero or maybe Oreo Cream.

My pic 3 guess is also American Hero...looks just like mine which also is showing the greener leaf.

Frances Williams is my oldest hosta and still gets brown edges even when it's almost hidden by a large magnolia. Knowing what I do now, I probably would not buy it. My Linda Sue also burns and has been moved twice to shady and shadier spots. I don't know if I would buy that one again either.

How in the world dI’d you read the tag? I thought the only part that showed was “hosta”. I tried to be soooo careful when taking the pictures!! Duh!! I see when you enlarge the pic you can see Hulk. Well, this was fun, thanks for participating!

Well Miles, for $7 I could not resist the FW. However given the feedback here, I will find a really good shady spot for it.
