Something with the culture... - too hot, too wet... You just repotted it recently - the soil seems very fresh = anything new with the soil? Generally Primulina requires a low fertilizer load, less than AVs - I tried Promix HP with biofungicide and mycorrhizae - that was recommended for Streps - and Streps like it - but I tried it on one Primulina - it turned red and rotten.... I saved the top. My take was - fertilizer too heavy...

Do you think it could be the Impatiens Necrotic Spot Virus? I normally use little fertilizer per watering and then skip a week or two. I had tossed it, but having second thoughts about pulling it out of the garbage now... haha. I definitely just repotted it maybe three weeks ago, good eye. I use the 1-1-1 formula with some added charcoal and a little cinnamon sprinkled for its anti-fungal properties.

It actually could be getting too hot. I have the A/C on 24/7, but it still gets up to 84 degrees in the big windowsill. Humidity is around 50%. It was set back a bit (about 8 inches or so) from a North West facing window, on the side that gets the least direct (perhaps 30-45 mins?) late evening sunlight.

Come to think of it, I recently switched from an African violet fertilizer to a 20-20-20, perhaps even diluted it had pushed it over the edge?
