I have no idea why white at all ? There are so many colors as for the light get better lighting in LEDs in the 4000K range to mimic sunlight. I would do a nice watery blue instead.

Pros have always good ideas - everyone wants good light in a bathroom!

What directions are possible? do tops of handles have the vintage look of H and C? that would lead me to consider something different than white.

Do you like an industrial look, or other like simple country look, maybe pretty braided rug?

SW Extra-white definitely has a blue undertone to it when you have no natural light. And I tried some "daylight" LED bulbs and they look nothing like any daylight I have ever seen. More like a prison floodlight.

If you have little natural light, then a watery blue will look cold and gray, IMO. I would test some creamy whites if you want an all white bath. Paint on that white foam board and move it around in the space at different times of day and night.

PS. I really like the vanity and would love to know where you found it!

Pretty as Patricia suggests - a cool paint color - if you'd like the sky/water feel, and with warm sand items. You didn't mention art, etc...

Sherwin Williams has placed Accessible Beige in at least two of their coordinated color collections:. Neutral Nuance and Coastal Cool. Review the color palettes and determine which if any reflect your overall decor colors- There is a coordinated white in each.

Do you have wall art or rug planned for the room?

For example, we looked at the colors of our wall art and patterned chairs, which haveshades of blues and warm greens.... Although we cringed at the idea of turquoise -rapture blue wall, we noticed our wall art had tiny touches of that color. So, we choose neutrals within that palette - Eider White, Accesible Beige and Fawn Brindle

Thank you our color aesthetic is very neutral. We have grays, black, browns, whites. I’d like to keep with this neutral color scheme to flow with the rest of the house, which is why I am considering all white. Our design aesthetic is contemporary industrial but we also incorporate a lot of textiles for added warmth, lots of natural fiber basketry and the like.

Our bathroom is very small so there is not much room for decor, but am planning a white rug that I already have. Framed art will likely be black and white.

The handles on the faucet have a touch of white, i think it’s enamel that says H and C.

You chosse the wrong LED bulb you get them in4900K or someyimes called daylight they will look too bright when you first get them because you are probably used to a yellow cast to your lighting they take about 2 days to get used to and then you can choose paint color.

How did it turn out. I'm thinking Alabaster would actually look very pretty in this bathroom.

but nearly finished! I have attached a few progress photos. My husband has done all the work himself so it has taken some time to do the tile work and he is currently building our vanity. The alabaster turned our perfect! We decided to go with black matte fixtures and love the look.

Thank you! The drawers are set on push to open drawer slides, so you press on the drawer fronts and they pop open.
