I've been rooting ceropegia cuttings in water for 3 weeks now. A week ago they all sprouted roots. I was so excited and left them in the water to grow a little longer. Two days later as I went through ,my daily plant check I saw that all the roots were suddenly gone. I have no idea what happened. It was probably my sister, she has this bizarre compulsion to move my plants and then, when she messes something up, she sloppily puts it back and hopes I don't notice. She's killed several flats full of seedlings this way, it's a constant argument. Anyway, I have my now rootless cuttings back in the water. I'll be out of town this week (and so will she) so they wont be messed with. Will my roots regrow, or should I remove a few more leaves to get new nodes?
