Scale?

Eggs?

I have been having a problem with this since I received two plants from J.C. At first i thought it was mealy but I think it was eggs from whatever that is in the first picture. i have used Bayer 3-in-1 but then the formula changed. I have used the new formula, and now have been using Natria and Bonide granules for house plants. I can't seem to get it under control. Any ideas?

Also, what a pain in the rear it is to post here on houzz, I used to be able to post from my cell phone but can't load any pictures. I can't write anything from my tablet, it removes words, but I did manage to put the pictures in and then editing on my house computer, what a chore, LOL.
