My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I think I have forgotten to post this one. I traded for it sight unseen, because I am working with diploids and ruffled gold edges. Why should tets have all the fun. There are some of Mr. Bennett's intros that have a slight gold edge and Es Zahler has several with a gold edge. I am waiting for them to start blooming.
