Looking to change bed placement, should i keep it against the window or on the wall?

I would keep it against a wall. My concerns sleeping right in front of a window are it's too bright and perhaps drafty. You could pull it out of the corner a bit and add a small table with lamp.

The bed should be centered on the wall where you had it before - NOT in front of the window. Most people don't like to sleep right next to a window. Center the desk on the opposite wall, and get it off the wall next to the window where it looks too crowded.

The space between the bed and closet is so small...maybe. floating shelf might be feasible. i havw some ikea ones will try them out tomorrow. I feel the room is just empty,lacking life. Thinking of repainting the walls to natural grey. any thoughts on how to bring life to the room?

By putting the bed against the window you lose natural light that comes through the window. So I advise you to keep the bed against the wall and bring the desk closer to the window.

or you could change the colors of the bedding and curtains to something light, or white.
also you need art or something over the bed

Ordered a cream bed spread and also curtains.Cant decide what art to put above the bed. should i just use the previous art in the orginal picture?
