We need more info. I see it is a pot in a pot. How are you caring for it?

Sorry I don’t have a lot of details as I just received this as a gift today. It’s in a pot with drain holes and bark medium. I’m not sure when it was last watered or how it was cared for.

It is a Phalaenopsis orchid given a blue dye treatment to produce blue flowers. If you can keep it alive future blooms will be white. The marks on the leaves are probably sunburn. No treatment, just a bit unsightly.

Find some complete cultivation notes for where you are in the world and go from there. Freshly opened blooms should last for several months in good conditions.

Temperature range 60 to 90F

Keep potting material slightly moist.

I would bet that the plant was wrapped in cellophane at the store, which is why the leaves are pointing up. The spots could be from over heating or water getting trapped inside the cellophane. The spot on the stem is probably where the dye was injected. The spots look dry so i wouldn’t worry too much.
