baby caterpillars stopped moving?

i hatched out luna moth caterpillars out of some eggs yesterday and the caterpillars were moving all over and i placed them in a container with a sweet gum leave after a while they all just seemed to stop and they haven't moved since them. im worried they have died and the leaf is drying out yet i don't want to move them.

    They could be dead. You could blow on them gently and see if they move.
