Epoxy Terrazzo floors

We are building a NEW house. Total 5300 square feet, basement, 1st floor and 2nd floor.

I'd love feedback on Epoxy Terrazzo for the first floor where there is lots of light. Should I worry about yellowing and how can I prevent that. Also I'd like to consider either wood or the epoxy terrazzo for the basement. Will terrazzo be colder than engineered wood? Either will be installed over cement. I like the durability and water proof protection of the terrazzo but wonder about it being cold. The basement is triple insulated. So 2 issues, yellowing and cold. Thanks!
