Hello-

I have had my fiddle fig tree for 2 years and recently repotted him for the first time. He’s over 5 feet tall and it was time for a bigger pot. I also removed him from the plastic for the first time while doing this. That was 2 weeks ago and I recently noticed some of his leaves turning black. I have not watered him since being repotted because I had watered him shortly before, and his moisture meter says he’s still fairly moist. His light and temperature settings have stayed the same. I have gotten a few professional opinions and they think he is just in shock from the new pot and will lose some leaves, but should be fine. I wanted to see if anyone had a different opinion (root rot?), and next steps to take. I don’t want to lose my tree :( any options are helpful- thanks!
