Hello, have vigorously been searching old posts and don’t see our exact issue so starting a new discussion. Have 7.5’ ceiling in the kitchen and have just installed 30” upper cabs (longish story but had to settle for 30” as our cabinet people were not custom and the standard 36” were too tall for the space). They’ve placed 3.5” crown molding and filler to bring the cabs up to the ceiling (another 2”) but i’m truthfully not excited with how it looks. Question is would a 5.5” molding be overpowering for the space given our lower ceiling height? Thanks and appreciate any input!
