My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    in the wayback machine.. one of my very first... and very favorite ...


    some years .... it literally turns a brass color around this time of year [go figure on the name pun] ..... near impossible to capture with a camera ... the prime show doesnt seem to happen every season ... never figured out a reason for the great years ...
