I need advice on windows.

I am remodeling my home and am trying to find new construction windows. I'm in Western Washington. I have a view and would like dark slim frames on interior and exterior. Vinyl is fine. I want, of course the best value for money spent. My problem is that all want to install them and I just want to purchase the windows.

    Go to your local lumber yard NOT HD or LOWE'S an INDEPENDENT yard. You can just purchase from them
