Find the new architect first. The right one will have a relationship with a good Kitchen Designer. Your architect can’t design kitchens, or evidently multi family renovations either.

Thoughts: Although the elements are too small to identify for sure, I think I get the general layout. The island is a barrier between the cooktop and fridge, and also between the fridge and sink/prep area.

It’s a terrible design, from someone who creates terrible designs. Do better. Find better.

Can you really move powder room? In condos you are quite limited in moving major plumbing and electricals and usually need pre approval. Have you met with condo approval leaders? I need measurements to be of more help. These drawings don’t have enough detail to help you with design. A few observations. Putting stools in walkway areas requires a lot of space. Not sure you have adequate space as current drawing shows. Need 24” plus a few for stool width and 3’ behind stool for sliding in and out comfortably. Refrigerator door shown opening wrong way. Door should open to be accessed from inside kitchen side. Do you have drawing with actual measurements?
