Nice older house not certain I would classify it as historic. Having lived and then moved to an area where the family lived and older members still live I am not certain at the advisability of advertising this as where a member of the family lived. Telling perspective buyers when they wish to put a bid in is necessary but they are the only ones that should be told.

One of my elementary school teachers lived next door to a major organized crime figure in the late 60's. She said he was actually a good neighbor but expressed concern about possible visitors getting the address wrong.

My old house was the only one on that street still painted yellow when my husband purchased it. I do not think it was the same house because a couple of people asking to purchase drugs thought the house they were seeking was a different style. I too would worry with this house with the possibility that someone would not know there were new owners.

The family members that I have interacted with seemed like normal everyday people but I did not know any of the younger ones that I am aware of.
