Recently my usually healthy Manhattan Euonymous espaliers are showing distress, mostly on new growth and juvenile leaves. Would someone please identify the problem for me? The leaves apparently do not die; it's mostly just a cosmetic condition but an unsightly one The photo indicates the malady. Imperfect photosynthesis.
