Shower wall material on right?

Is that a shower through the glass to the right of the picture? If so, what was used for that shower wall "v-groove plank" look? I've been looking everywhere for something to clad the shower walls with that looks like v-groove and everyone thinks I'm crazy. Haha!

    Oh, I can see that now. Thanks! Well at least I know that if the tile matches the width of the v-groove planks then it still carries the "look" through the shower. Thanks for your input!
