Alternative to Ugly Grab Bars

In exploring aging-in-place and/or downsizing, I see nothing but ugly, nursing home-like grab bars in showers and bathrooms. They scream old and feeble. Although I believe in the safety these bars offer, has anyone seen stylist alternatives? Many in the approaching ‘gray tsunami ‘ may be interested!

I'm partial to the Ginger Kubic grab bars and my mom used them in her master bath but Kartners also has some nice looking options:
