Do you know how to use google?

Yes I google all the time and I am sure there is a manual on line but I just had an idea to check here first to see if anyone has experience with the mentioned situation. Thanks for your reply and I am positive things will work out fine.

John , rather a waste of time trying to assist you when 4 days ago you requested info on this generator clicking , on a separate thread . I responded with the basic trouble shooting solutions and service manual info to assist . However rather than responding you initiate another thread , was basic generator servicing beyond your mechanical ability for the op to bring the unit to a Service Facility since Monday ? The 3 control systems i advised of , are basic for any Small Engine Tech to resolve . As far as replacing the unit , it is a simple reverse implementation of what was initiated to remove the unit . I have installed and Serviced numerous RV gen sets , the Onan unit has a separate Primer function that is activated from a toggle switch within the RV Cabin . If your not familiar with the basic fuel system design refer to the online Service Manual application I referred you too rather than redundant duplicate threads . This Forum is in principle a teaching format , having multiple threads become confusing and troublesome for future members . Please in the future respect the time and consideration other members provide by responding in a timely manner . Good luck within this learning curve !

First of all, Thank you for any feedback you offered. I mentioned this is not my generator. The owner decided to take it to a shop to have it looked at. I had nothing to do with that decision. When he did that I thought it best to delete my original post to eliminate confusion and did just that. When the unit is back, I will be helping put the unit back in the rv. The next step after that is getting it running in the rv. That will include priming the carburetor. I simply asked if anyone has experience with priming the carb. The previous owner saw fit to cut the wires that control the generator from inside the rv. I am also aware that a manual may be found on line and then you have to page through the manual for the proper information etc and then I am not sure if that would be covered in the manual.

I apologize for any confusion or trouble that I have created. Once again thank you for your interest and feedback.

I look at this forum as a learning tool because no body knows it all and have offered advice to several people who seemed to have problems. I did not expect what happened to occur and had no control over decisions. I am sorry again and will try my best to respect the time and effort of generous people who are willing to help others.

Please ignore my post concerning an Onan generator in an RV, I have tried several times to delete the post but it seems to be still here. I thank everyone for their comments and input.
