My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you so much! They are by Vanguard furniture. We upholstered them in a custom vinyl fabric so that they can be wiped clean, but it looks exactly like regular fabric! We love them because they swivel and have a footrest. I hope this helps. Best of luck with your project!
