My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello Jo, the stain color was custom mix. If you would like to know more details, I can get you in touch with the wood flooring vendor who actually did the work. With the redness of the cherry wood, it required several process to achieve the stain color we were happy with. The satin finish also offered more refined look than high sheen finish. Miyuki
