I probably shouldn't take photos of the gardens this late in the year since they are looking badly. I did take photos from when they were in their glory at full peak and I hope to post them once the season is over. This is what some of the garden beds look like now, all messy but still some color.

I had to struggle to post those. I actually tried uploading some others but the above were the only ones Houzz didn't reject. Some of my favorite photos may never get shown.

Anyhow, here are a couple more shots of what is left at the end of August, as the season winds down in New Hampshire.

These all show up so TINY on my screen now. They used to be normal sized for me and now

they are little. I guess you'll have to click on them to enlarge them enough to see anything.

Walter's Tango is a fun pic, with the duo blooms dancing on bending scape, the yellow calibrachoa in the background and the audience of owls.

I love your garden shots, everything still looks wonderful! I wish I could see Raspberry Suede in person, you captured the velvety quality. Caroline Twilight looks great with the phlox. I’m just glad you aren’t letting Houzz beat you!

I'm with Sherry. Raspberry Suede has such gorgeous vevety texture! I love the color of Carolina Twilight, and it looks so pretty surrounded by phlox.

Lovely garden shots. So many pretties. And lots of different colors to show, both old and new! Raspberry Suede is velvety indeed and love the color on Carolina Twilight and on Rebecca Hockridge. Thanks again for persevering!!

The pictures are large for me. If they once were large, your computer should have in its memory the larger size. Sometimes when I enter via a google search, I see the small pictures; but when I enter via the saved garden web address, I always see large pictures. Also, when I upload via the saved address, the pictures are large, both in initial post and comments. I have not had much success posting in anything other than comments. The post often disappears and then shows up later, sometimes much later. So brilliant, the Houzz techies.

Photos may appear small when you load them, but they are larger when viewed by someone who regularly gets large pictures. So when I load, the pictures look small, but when I submit the post, the pictures are large.

Houzz will not let me delete posts, only delete comments.

I will add, on 1 computer I get the larger photos, the other I get small photos. I can't click the photo to make it larger though. I have not updated the system on the computer that I get the larger photos on, so I assume that is the dif.

Only the photos in the initial post are large for me. I get the tiny ones in the comments, but I can click on them to make them larger.
