My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
This is a scrambling shrub with a central stem, not a clumping perennial with multiple shoots forming a crown. So you can't actually divide it through the middle as you would a herbaceous perennial or caning shrub. You either need to take cuttings or search under the shrub to find stems which have rooted by themselves. Given the vining nature of the plant you'll probably find some.
