Unless you already own this screen, you should look at drapes. For a window that size, you could get a pair of premade 50" wide panels and a rod for less than $100.

I agree with drapery panels. If you extend the rod beyond your windows the panels can be opened completely and not block the window at all.

Use a decorative rod and and grommet panels. If you check around they can be purchased very inexpensively. TJMaxx, Home Goods, Walmart, Target all sell them. They come in about every color and pattern.

A privacy screen is a little unconventional but could definitely work for you. I just did a quick google search and got a bit of sticker shock at the ones that I thought were beautiful. Every screen I've seen is more expensive than a set of curtains from a department store.
