We have a narrow hallway coming off our front door into the dining room. The stairs come down right next to the front door and there is a door to the kitchen on the right (at the inner end of the hall) and a closet door to the left. We also have a radiator on the left side and a floor register on the right side. I’d like to get a runner for this hallway but not sure how long it should be because of all the doorways and the stairs. Should it extend the entire length of the hall? This is our “formal” entryway - most people use the back door. But this hallway gets a lot of traffic because it’s the only set of stairs. Thanks!!
