It's ok that the photos posted sideways. I just looked at them while laying on the couch. :) Thanks so much for cutting out the quilt for me. And I wanted spaghetti after seeing that too.

I love the dark against the brights in the strip pieced quilt and the whimsy of the hanging birds. I kept wondering why it was called Dancing Ribbons, when I thought it looked more like dog bones. Looking again, I see the dancing ribbons. LOL Definitely an optical illusion for me.

When I quilt it the center will have straight lines and look like ribbons wrapped around a pole. At least that is the plan.
