    The handles on each bar pull them out and down. I would love this as I am short, and wouldn't be able to reach anything without a step or ladder! Really maximizes hanging space.

    I don’t know the name of the manufacturer. You could check out California Closets or another closet store. You can also check online. Just google pull down closet rods.
