Night tables need to be the proper height for the bed so that is the first thing you check IMO that look too much like a end table and not a night stand The wood or the top have no connection to the bed style I think you should show your space with the bed in it and ideally with the bedding you are planning and then choose a night table. It is best to do these things in baby steps to make everything work together .
