My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

IS THERE STILL HOPE for this cutting?

first timer, second attempt at rooting this one.

first attempt failed (began to rot)

I cut some off and left it to dry for about a week.

the bottom isn't soft and doesn't look rotted to me

However, the cutting looks so wrinkled that I'm afraid it won't root..
