Those statement lights are beautiful but the poster is asking about how the two fixtures she needs should coordinate or match. I think having 2 of those statement pieces would be overload on steroids.

Let me help you out a bit here.

You only need one hanging fixture in this room. The area where the directional lighting can be a flush mount or it could be more modern directional lighting. If it were me, I would get rid of the out let that has been drug up and over from the Kitchen, and only use the one the track is on now.

I would run track, or rail over the length, then use the rail as the power supply for the dining light. Get a 2 circuit track/rail so you can add a switch and run the lights independent of each other. They make adapters so you can use the track power source and us a swag hook to support the fixture.

You can cap the other power supply or use it for a wall sconce or picture light later on.
