One Yellow Naga Viper

Hey everyone. A question for you:
I have 3 Naga viper plants that are all producing beautifully. As they do they go from green to a yellowish orange to red when ripe. Except for one pepper. It has gone to a bold yellow solid colour and has stayed that way even as the others around it were normal. Sort of the way yellow scotch bonnets look in colour when ripe. it doesn't seemed to have stopped in its ripening stage. It as if it was a yellow Viper plant but as I said its the only single pepper on the plant like it. Has anyone experienced this on a viper plant before?
