They would need way more light than you ware giving it. They should really be outside but if you want it inside then you have give it at 4+ times light than you are giving it. Another way will be to put it on a south facing window sill. Flowering requires a lot of energy and it will require lot more light to provide that energy. Also those are seed pods on your plants. Prune those away otherwise the plant is going to spend more energy on making seeds than making flowers.

And...to answer the obvious question, nothing lasts forever. Things come in and go out of flower over time. If your culture is good (as above), new flowering spikes will emerge over the next few months.

I should correct something. Those flower spikes - have they all flowered? If they have then they are just maturing into seeds. I have one that I had for three years now. It flowers all through the year. Indoors the they will flower if they have lots of light. And you have to prune the flower stalk as soon as they are done.

Thank you guys so much for the advice, I had a feeling light was the issue but wasnt sure. This is also my very first plant and I had no idea about pruning. I'll get right on fixing this baby up.
