If theres some green innit, it is still making photosynthesis, and apparently enough of it to produce totally white leaves. Only worry if it shows some decline. If its healthy it will eventually produce some green leaves or even some green on the white leaves.

Only time will tell. We can only hope.

The white leaves are not benefitting the plant - and are only aesthetic at this point.

Personally, I would just cut them off, and encourage the plant to grow new leaves - hoping some green will come up again.
