Killing/Repel Thrips

Hi, I am currently growing some asian vegetable like choy sum, bok choy and endive. But thrips are invading my vegetables. May I know are there any suggestions in killing/repel thrips organically? Besides spraying neem oil, white vinegar, blue sticky traps... Thank you.
