Kitchen Design Dilemma

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><md>Sooo...we decided to update our kitchen. Our goal was to update the countertops and backsplash and keep our espresso cabinets. We started by updating our early 2000 granite counter tops (you know the color where it looks like peanut butter and chocolate chips mixed together..yeah, that one). Well, we picked a white quartz and had it installed. We then picked a white subway tile due to my Fixer Up addiction, but immediately I knew something wasn't clicking. So we have decided that it's best to paint our cabinets. Our wall color is Accessible Beige, but looks gray most of the time depending on the time of day or lighting. We also have a darker wood floor as well, so you can imagine the 'cave like' ambiance that my kitchen gives off. The dilemma that we have is that our crown molding, ceiling, blinds, and door are all more of an off white color. We know know this after installing pure white tiles!
