i love the color and grain of the wood floors! Is that engineered hard wood? Is yes, can someone provide all of the details on it (i.e., manufacturer, collection, type of wood and stain color)?

These are not engineered floors. They are solid, red oak floors. The stain was matched to the existing floors in the rest of the house so it was custom, but it is close to this Minwax color: English Chestnut.
