My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Velvet chair maintenance suggestions

Purchased the swivel barrel chair because it fits me perfectly. Alas, it is velvet! The chair will be heavily used by me in our 'kick back' room: reading, tv, snacking. Wondering if I made a mistake. Looking for suggestions to keep it looking good.
