Riddle me this:

two cuttings from the same plumeria (princess victoria or a look alike), cut on the same day, put in soil to root at the same day - one in clear plastic bottle, the other in a bag - both started growing leaves.

one (the one in the bag) have visible roots.

the other (in the bottle) have no roots at all!
