Other than drying and turning into powder, what can be made with the Konjac root? I’ve some 5 lb , maybe 10 inch round roots and heard they were edible but haven’t read anything specific on how to prepare. I know it’s used as a diet aid but also good for cholesterol and sugar control. Any help is appreciated.
