Corner pictures layout

height from crown molding to baseboard is 85.5" I have 3 pictures approx 15-1/4" each I want to hang vertically with maybe 1" space in between each picture frame. Where would you suggest hanging first (top) frame. I dont want to have a side table or any furniture in corner, was thinking a smaller planter or stool. Any help is greatly appreciated
