Need help redesigning main level powder room with basic pocket door. Not looking to moving electrical, plumbing, or replacing flooring.

Ideas I have:

• Removable wallpaper accent wall. ( Which wall would/should I do?) Is there a rule on design/color?
• fresh paint on walls
• repaint or replace vanity
• move toilet paper roll?
• paint or replace mirror
  -better wall decor

*Bonus! I have hardwoods and I am worried about dog bowls ruining the floor if anyone has ideas or solutions.
