Fungi on my unused substrate, help!

I haven't planted anything in the past 3 months, since I moved, and today as I was getting out my stored Ocean Forest substrate, I noticed the entire top of the substrate inside the bag had this sphere like fungi. We had a really rainy season, and the humidity where I stored it must have been really high all the time. I don't think this substrate has mycorrhizae in it... Is it usable? Are these fungi good or bad? Should I just throw it out?
