Plant B could be a Caesalpinia Mexicana.

Plant B is not Caesalpinia Mexicana. I have one and there are no thorns on the trunk and the leaves are different.

I’m sure it’s unlikely, but could it be one of the zanthoxylum?

I'll go back tomorrow to see if I can get some better photos. There are two of these trees at the park, both with knobby bark like the silk floss tree. It's strange. The flowers and pods seem so akin to Fabaceae...

So here we go. A is Leonotis nepetifolia, B is Libidibia coriaria, C Mesquite and D is the only missing piece now.

B might be Caesalpinia cacalaco now that the idea of Cascalote
